1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SkillStack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SkillStack is a marketplace platform that enables creators to sell digital products including Claude Code skills, prompts, agents, and related digital assets to buyers. We facilitate transactions between sellers and buyers but do not create the products sold on the platform.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of products sold on SkillStack, refunds are generally not provided unless the product is materially different from its description or fails to function as advertised. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Sellers must accurately describe their products and provide reasonable support to buyers.
6. Prohibited Content
Users may not list or sell products that are illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that violate third-party rights. SkillStack reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of their products. By listing products on SkillStack, sellers grant us a license to display and distribute the product listings. Buyers receive a license to use purchased products as specified by the seller.
8. Limitation of Liability
SkillStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
